StoGeo · Connecting the Dots

The dots already exist. It's time to connect what matters.

StoGeo is a boutique advisory practice for boards, family enterprises and executive teams across the GCC, Europe and the US — bringing governance discipline, succession clarity and strategic execution together, under one roof.

Our philosophy

Governance, succession and strategy are rarely separate problems.

A board weighing a listing, a founder planning a handover, and an executive team resetting strategy are often facing the same underlying question: who decides what, on what evidence, and with what accountability. We treat that question as one discipline — not three separate consulting products — because in practice, that's what it is.

The StoGeo approach

A methodology built to end in implementation, not a deck.

Every engagement follows the same discipline, scaled to the size of the question — from a single governance review to a multi-year transformation.

  1. 01

    Discover

A clear-eyed diagnostic of the governance, ownership or strategic question at hand — no assumptions carried over from the last engagement.

  2. 02

    Connect

Findings synthesised into a coherent position: where the gaps sit, what they cost, and the sequence in which to close them.

  3. 03

    Execute

Hands-on partnership through implementation, with the same people who did the diagnosis carrying it into the boardroom.

Why StoGeo

Advisory grounded in three decades of getting it right at the top table.

26 years inside the Big Four

Arthur Andersen, EY, PwC and Grant Thornton — advisory built on audit-grade rigour, not borrowed frameworks.

Board-level, not slide-level

Independent Non-Executive Director experience means we sit where the decisions actually get made.

Hands-on through execution

We stay engaged from diagnosis to implementation — strategy that leaves the boardroom is the only kind worth having.
